Staff Favourites
Our most memorable part of our stay at the Downtown Proper was the service and hospitality. The staff were all very friendly, professional and hospitable. In addition, it was the little details that really mattered. All the bathrooms were equipped with Aesop products, there were complimentary fresh green and red juices in the fitness area and eucalyptus cooling towels, and the decor on the main level really embodied the 'so cal' modern vibe. Rooms were on the smaller side, but very comfortable.
